Prices in Euro has been calculated with exchange rate of 315HUF/€. 

The registration fee for regular and student participants includes:

  • Attendance to all scientific sessions
  • Official conference documentation
  • Conference bag with complete conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception
  • Admission to site visits
  • Admission to the Gala Dinner
  • VAT (27 per cent) is included in the fees acccording to Hungarian VAT Law

 Payments

Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before the conference. 

Attention: All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter. Confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment.

Payments can be made either by credit card through the secure on-line registration system or by bank (wire) transfer or at the conference.

 Cancellation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Organizing Comitee. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 30/04/2019. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
